Before we can process your order we'll need to know which listing you represent. Start by claiming your listing. Our staff will verify your information and you'll receive and email confirmation with 72 hours.

It’s really simple: $50/month per community or office. 12 month term. Payment due up front and in full (i.e. no monthly billing). No standard discounts.

When your listing is featured, here's what you get:

• Search Rank Preference - when users search for a provider like you in an area you've indicated you provide services in, your listing will be called out and distinguished from non-featured listings. The longer your listing is featured the greater chance you have at appear at or near the top of those qualified search results.
• Call Tracking Service - While your listing is featured we will assign a virtual phone number that will automatically direct calls to the number you specify in your listing. Each time someone calls, you can opt to be greeted with an introduction stating the call originated from ProviderData.com.

Our service is used by consumers, health care professionals, call centers and referral agencies. While your listing and account is in good standing we'll continue to feature you in the service areas and categories you have been approved for. You'll want to ensure that your business information and service profile is kept up to date and accurate.
